Return to Brilliance New Medicine

Thank you for lending me your ear.

By learning and using wise Strategies for Self-Healing and Prevention you can integrate with the Unstoppable Creative Power of the Original Source.

This Return to our original Brilliance is a program of consciously charting and experiencing our way back from the point of ‘clouds of unknowing’, which hide within every disharmony, pain, stress, within everything that is bothering you.

Each one of us has a special power point to awaken to the Life Force Energy, the point being somewhat similar to a light switch we use to turn on the lights. By using wise strategies and tools consciously, we can switch on the Light and heal ourselves from dis-harmonies, and we can prevent illnesses. Plus be happy and joyfully use our creativity in many other wonderful ways!

We must learn to experience this Life Force within us. It is easy for us to witness its working in the vibrancy and beauty of undisturbed nature – within and without. The fluidity of the Original Intelligence is all around us, and it is within us to awaken to and experience in most uplifting ways.

As an example of this, I like to share with you the following story;  A dear friend called to tell me that her 96-year-old mother, equally dear to me, had fallen and was now in the hospital. I found her in the emergency room on her back in bed. Her eyes were closed and pain covered her usually happy face.

I stood there for a moment, then laid my hand on her forehead. She opened her eyes, joy spread on her face and we laughed in our usual, childlike way.

Xrays had been taken and fractures were found surrounding the artificial part placed in when the hip was operated on thirteen years ago.

You can imagine the pain!

During my visit the pain was not visible nor did she complain.

I was thinking, why is this so?

We have known each other for over five years but had never discussed why we feel so happy together every time we meet. Never discussed faith or God.

This time, sitting by her bed, I wanted to understand it more.

So I asked her to close her eyes and said, ‘Think about your Love of God, only that!’ Her eyes remained closed as I watched her.

I saw great peace permeating her face, even felt it spreading on mine.

Among all that noise of the emergency room, we had found silence and peace!

I realized; That’s It!

Not really wanting to disturb what was, I finally asked, ‘Is there pain now?’

I heard her quiet voice say, ‘No pain.’

‘So, this is the job for you while being here,’ I said, ‘To remember the Presence of this great Love. Will you take this job?’

Ruth laughed, ‘Yes, I am happy to take this as my job, but you know about my memory being so poor!’

‘You just have to make the Remembrance so constant that there is no time for a memory lapse. Or vary it a bit, like remembering how beautiful your African violets are, how thankful you are to your daughter serving your coffee each morning, or just our joy of being together. There are many other happy occasions for you to remember, each one leading back to great Love!’

We looked at each other, laughed again. I kissed her cheek, then left.

On my way home I thought how appropriate the experience was. My heart sang with thankfulness to that great Love which Ruth had made her own and naturally expressed when someone else resonated the same in a focused way.

Our joint experience is a perfect illustration of the Return to Brillianceessence,  New Medicine. Simply sharing our joy, Ruth and I had taken a shortcut to the Essence of what truly matters. ‘I want to know the mind of God, the rest is details’ – Einstein.

I want to live in great Love, Ruth would say, the same thing!

This is so amazing and such a seemingly simple task for us to do. But is it? Why is it not practised, why is there so much suffering? Why is it only discussed by a few doctors with their patients? Let us try to get answers to this why! Each one of us!

Ruth’s follow-up-days amazed everyone. She was able to move around with assistance in two weeks. Her doctors could not explain but cheered her on, the nurses visited her frequently for she spread her happiness to all. Xrays taken five weeks after her fall showed that the fractures had healed, and she was able to go home soon after that.

Much Love to you! Please let me know your questions and comments!

Return to Brilliance Experience
A Whats App Chat through 13 000 km;

Anna, Good morning Fahad

Fahad, Good morning Anna. How are you?

A, By being less I am more it seems. Being pliable, it’s possible to expand for the Presence.

F, Great

A, I saw in a vision that the great Love power works in a centrifugal way. It gathers the prevalent knowledge related to the topic and sweeps in a circular fashion across the universe. As it lowers, it forms a spindle, becomes a beam of knowledge Light as if a laser.

F, Indeed

A, At the certain point it kind of hangs in there waiting to connect with an effort made by a human yearning for learning. This human yearning is prompted by love to know, itself from the essence of great Love, drives the commitment and thought with the similar form of a spindle, pointing upwards toward the Light spindle. This reflects what the person is in his/her essence once all the energy and neural channels have been cleared of the material residue.

As above so below. When all is done for the conscious contact, living in a unified state is possible through remembrance. To be conscious on all levels is a balanced and enlightened way to live on this earth.

Our Lord is the greatest! He is. Thank You for giving us the meaning of Heal Thy Self fully!

F, Yes

A, The human body uses AC current through the acupuncture channels, and the Yin/Yanģ Force oscillates by its very nature. Within yang exists also yin and within yin always yang. See the symbol! When the clearing of the channels is done the current can be consciously changed to reflect the above centrifugal with the same kind of a laser beam of praise and gratitude toward the Love Light.

Thank You Lord, thousand thanks! This is awesome.

F, Yeah. Love your words.

A, All those hanging spindled lights of great Love are waiting for the recognition by us human beings. Each one of us, after completing our individual work of clearing can become one with the abundant great Love offerings.

Return to Brilliance. Do it for your Happy Soul in your Healthy Body! Imagine what scientists can achieve with their individual knowledge, acknowledgement and remembrance of God power.

F, Yeah.

A, They can achieve far more than when new discoveries topple the old ones again and again – as it is now.

Great Love is the pull. It is the magnet for the human spirit.

MicroCosmic Spaces

The microcosmic spaces for transforming and channelling Chi Energy are in and around the following acupuncture body points.

Each cosmic pool represents physical-emotional-spiritual qualities. When it is closed the qualities are often negative.

However, they can be transformed into positive intention/energies when space is opened through concentrated work using Tao Meditations, Acupuncture-without-needle and Chinese Healing Herbs.

Baihui or Hundred Meetings (governing channel 20)

Baihui at the top of the head is the most important of the cosmic spaces. You can feel its small indentation with your fingertip (in most people the point is tender to pressure).

According to ancient acupuncture, its function is to clear the senses, calm the spirit, balance the ascending Yang, promote resuscitation. The point is used to alleviate mental disorders, headaches, blurring of vision, nasal obstruction.

As a cosmic space for spiritual energies, Baihui connects to the pineal gland and governs the upper brain in building new nerve connections for expanded consciousness. The colour is a combination of all colours and is inwardly seen as the expansion white-golden flower (resembling a lotus or a mum, sometimes with a violet hue).

When Hundred Meetings point is closed the person may experience pride, delusions, headaches, erratic mood swings and feelings of being a victim or a slave.

When open she/he feels guidance by higher forces, radiates happiness, gratitude and trust. In higher practices, the senses are sealed so that the spirit can leave through this cosmic space at will.

Yintang or Seal Hall

An extraordinary point between the eyebrows, Find it with a fingertip.

This point’s traditional function is to eliminate wind/heat and calm the spirit. It is used to alleviate a frontal headache, hypertension, dizziness, infantile convulsions, rhinitis, insomnia, loss of consciousness.

Yintang, sometimes called Third Eye, is associated with the pituitary gland. When the cosmic space is closed the person may experience a sense of indecisiveness, the mind wanders without a direction.

When this point is open she/he has a sense of purpose with a definite direction and intuitive knowing. Through Yintang we can define our spiritual nature.

Throat Front Center – Tiantu or Heavens Prominence (Conception 22)

A large depression below Adam’s apple.

Its traditional function is to facilitate and regulate Lung Chi, clear voice and cool the throat. Co 22 is used in cough, asthma, sore throat, hoarseness of voice, hiccup.

Associated with the thyroid gland, this cosmic space is a communication and dream center. When it is closed the person feels choked up, unwilling to change.

When the center is open his/her expressions flow and there is a greater lucidity of dreams.

Heart Front Center – Shangzhong or Penetrating Odor (Co 17)

It represents Pericardium, the protective sheath around the heart. You can feel a small depression at the level of the fourth intercostal space (between the nipples in males).

The traditional function of Co 17 is to regulate and suppress rebellious Chi, expand the chest for breathing, benefit the diaphragm. The point is used to alleviate asthma, bronchitis, chest pain, mastitis, intercostal neuralgia.

The heart center is associated with the thymus gland, therefore our immune system, also with Co 14 – Juque or Great Palace, which represents the heart itself. Of all the cosmic spaces, this area is important for it houses the spirit or Shen, one of the ‘Three Treasures’. (To learn more please read the Chi Guide page).

When the center is closed the person may feel being under attack, sorry for oneself, unloved and incapable of love.

An open heart is a seat of joy, respect and surrender, you are filled with unconditional love, generosity and compassion toward all living things. Passion for creative participation in helping humanity to re-build our now ravaged earth springs from the spirit of an open heart.

Solar Plexus – Zhongwan or Middle Cavity (Co 12)

About four inches above the navel.

Co 12’s traditional function is to transform and suppress rebellious Chi, regulate the stomach, strengthen the spleen/pancreas. Middle Cavity is used to alleviate epigastric pain, abdominal distention, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, hypertension, neurasthenia, mental diseases.

Associated with spleen/pancreas (therefore over-thinking), when this cosmic space is closed there is a sense of panic and worry.

The opening of the center creates a feeling of freedom with an ability to take risks. Solar Plexus is a clearinghouse for emotional sensitivities and issues of personal power.

Naval Center – Shenque or Middle o Naval – (Co 8)

The traditional function is to warm and stabilize the Yang, strengthen the transporting function of Spleen and Stomach. The point is used (with only Moxibustion or needle-less Acupuncture!) to alleviate abdominal pain, chronic diarrhea, edema.

When the naval center is closed it can manifest in sloppy, distracting behaviour, when open it contributes to a sense of balance and centring.

Sexual Center – Zhongji or Middle Summit (Co 3)

About an inch above the pubic bone, Co 3 is the meeting point of three Yin channels of the legs (Kidney, Liver and Spleen).

Co 3’s traditional function is to assist the transforming function of Chi, regulate the uterus and alleviate damp/heat. It is used to alleviate menstrual, sexual and urinary dysfunctions, female sterility, nephritis.

When this ‘Ovary or Sperm Palace’ is closed it is hard to enjoy life; the person feels self-destructive, negative and listless.

When the cosmic space is open he/she has a sense of creative and personal power with an ability to get things done.

Perineum Center – Huiyin or Yin Meeting (Co 1)

Between the anus and the scrotum in males, between the anus and the vagina in females.

Huiyin is used in irregular menstruation, pain and swelling of the anus, sexual and urinary dysfunctions, prostatitis, a revival from drowning.

Perineum relates closely to earth energy. When this center is closed the person feels insecurity, fickleness and loneliness, and can fear change.

When Huiyin is open she/he feels grounded, solid and peaceful. peacefull, grounded,

Sacral Pump – Changqiang or Long Strength (Gov 1)

Between the anus and the tip of the coccyx.

Gov 1’s function is to regulate the Conception and Governing channels (the inner channels meet in the lower abdomen), and to improve the work of the intestines. It is used to alleviate intestinal bleeding, prolapsed rectum and hemorrhoids, pain in the lower back, epilepsy, sexual dysfunctions.

When the sacrum center is closed, the past is a prison and unconscious fears arise, there is hopelessness.

When this cosmic space is open the person can, with awareness of the generative force, blend the three treasures, Jing, Chi and Shen for the taming of the Dragon Fire (Kundalini). The past is then a resource and a foundation for expanding consciousness.

Life’s Door or Mingmen (Gov 4)

Below the second lumbar vertebra, parallel to the navel.

Opening this acupuncture center nourishes source Chi, strengthens the kidneys, benefits the lumbar spine. The point is used to alleviate sexual dysfunctions, low back pain, sciatica and nephritis.

When the Life’s Door is closed there is a feeling of imbalance and fear, particularly fear of unfavourable circumstances.

When open Mingmen balances the kidneys, yields a sense of peace, generosity, abundance and gentleness.

T 11 – Jizhong or Middle of Spine (Gov 6) – Adrenal point

Below 11th thoracic vertebra, opposite the solar plexus.

Traditionally, this acupuncture point is used to improve low back pain, hepatitis, epilepsy, paralysis of limbs.

T 11’s cosmic space corresponds to the adrenal glands. When it is closed the person can feel hyperactive – or listless, and old fears may return.

When the Adrenal space is open he/she is filled with vitality and confidence, there is an abundance of energy to serve the good intentions of the heart.

Back Heart Center – Shendao or Spirit’s Path (Gov 11)

Below 5th thoracic vertebra.

The point is used to improve memory, anxiety, palpitations, cardiac pain, pain and stiffness of the back, cough.

When closed the person may feel a sense of burden, hopelessness, melancholy and chaos.

Opening this important cosmic space gives a feeling of freedom, a deep-felt sense of life. Virtues of love, compassion, gratitude and forgiveness emerge through an open heart.

The Back Throat Center – Dazhui or Big Vertebra (Gov 14)

Below 7th cervical vertebra.

Six Yang channels meet at this point. It regulates Yang and clears the spirit. Gov 14 is used in common cold, febrile diseases, cough, asthma, neck rigidity, a stiffness of the back, epilepsy.

The person may feel inappropriateness, stubbornness, not fitting in, when this cosmic space is closed.

When Gov.14 is open he/she feels connected, embracing others in a feeling of one humanity.

Fengfu or Wind’s Dwelling (Gov 16)

A tender point below the external occipital protuberance.

Traditionally the point is used to improve mental disorders, headache, blurring of vision, neck rigidity, sore throat, epistaxis, post-apoplexy aphasia.

Gov 16 area, also called Jade Pillow and Mouth of God controls breathing.

Gov 15 Yamen or Doors of Muteness is located within this cosmic space and has a traditional function to clear the senses and consciousness.

When the center is closed there is a feeling of burden and suffocation.

Opening this cosmic space expands the breath and helps awaken intuition and inspiration – a prelude to expansion of consciousness.

The Governing channel goes from here to the deep brain, the seat of intuition and through it to Baihui.

Cosmic Path

Microcosmic Orbit

On a clear night, we can see the cosmic path of the faraway moon and know that all waters on earth are affected by its powerful energies. This must also apply to our bodies for they are mainly water.

Are we aware of this connection, aware that each of us has microcosmic orbits as a reflection of the great cosmic paths through which WuChi or universal energy moves?

Do we accept expressions such as ‘as above, so below’ to be true without making a practical effort to understand what they mean?

And how could this greater understanding help us as human beings? Could we make our cosmic knowledge into a life experience and therefore gain from it?

Yes, we can.

A legacy of Wisdom for Chi Energy Transformation

‘Thirty spokes share the wheel’s hub;
It is the center hole that makes it useful.
Shape clay into a vessel;
It is the space within that makes it useful.
Cut doors and windows for a room;
It is the holes which make it useful.
Therefore profit comes from what is there;
Usefulness from what is not there.’

– Poem 11 – Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu, translated by Gia-Fu Feng and Jane English.

Ancient Chinese sages left a legacy of wisdom for Chi Energy Transformation for those of us who are committed to spiritual healing and growth. Writings on Enlightenment of Consciousness such as ‘Secret of the Golden Flower’ were passed on to us often in an obscure or secret language.

In my many decades’ quest to understand these books of consciousness and life, I have found that to siphon their meaning is only possible through practice that brings an experiential-intuitive understanding of them.

But what amazing revelations are in store for those who stay with their commitment and practice!

In the early nineties, I had an opportunity to study with Master Mantak Chia,
who brought many of the Chinese esoteric practices into a western format.

My on-going commitment is to give you, in as a practical format as possible, what I learned about the expansion of consciousness during my long quest and the practices it entailed.

Everything you read on the HappySoulHealthyBody pages is given in the spirit of Loving Tao, which to me means trusting the process while each of us takes responsibility individually for the journey.

How to Purify and Channel Chi along the MicroCosmic Path?

Chi Energy Meditation, Inner Smile (on our Meditation Guide page) and Micro Cosmic Orbit you learn here, focus on purifying and channelling Chi. Since they centre within the body, they are – like other Chinese meditation exercises – grounded and grounding.

Therefore they are safe to practice when done according to the instructions. My recommendation to you is to learn the Chi Energy Meditation and Inner Smile first and use the awareness gained from their practices as a foundation for your further cosmic education.

The mid-line cosmic path within us runs through the centres (chakras), which are like wheels in motion – Chi energy moving in a spiral fashion, the way it flows on all levels of creation. Think of the pictures you have seen of DNA!

Each centre corresponds to nerves, organs and glands, and your concentration on the circulation of pure Light Chi through the points along the central cosmic path helps transform negative energy of your cellular memories to positive light energy of higher standard.

Circulation of Light

The main cosmic path for the Circulation of Light follows the Conception channel in the front and the Governing channel at the back, both running along the center of the body. You can purify, re-enforce and stimulate the Chi within this microcosmic path by concentrating on its flow through the fourteen centers. This then benefits your whole being.

Baihui or ‘Hundred Meetings’ is the highest point in the body and is used in ancient acupuncture to alleviate headache, dizziness, to clear the senses and mental disorders, to calm the spirit, to stabilize and strengthen the Yang energy.

In all meditation exercises, Baihui is a pivotal point in connecting to your higher self in order to consciously draw in all-embracing and all-loving universal cosmic energy. Concentration on this point inspires receptivity and thankfulness as you begin to experience the seamless oneness that permeates the universe.

From Baihui you consciously move its cleansing Chi to the mid-eyebrow point Yintang, sometimes called the Wisdom Eye. It is used for headache, dizziness, hypertension, insomnia, common cold, and one of its traditional functions is to calm the spirit.

Here you can connect with the balanced Yin/Yang energy and set the circulation of light along your cosmic path into orbit by moving along the Functional channel to the Throat centre, the Heart, Solar Plexus, the Naval, the Sexual centre.

From Perineum – Huiyin or Conception 1 (‘the million dollar point’) the energy moves upwards along the Governing channel. At the Sacral Pump, your mind and breath may have to give a conscious ‘push’ to the energy for it go upwards.

Chi then moves to Life gate or Mingmen. It corresponds to the Kidneys, is parallel to the navel in front. The next point at the back is T11 or Adrenal point opposite the Solar Plexus.

The back Heart point is parallel to the one in the front, circle the energy there, then move to the back Throat point and from there to Jade pillow or ‘Mouth of God’. Another name for this area is Cranial Pump, where you consciously move the energy through the cerebellum back to Baihui.

At Baihui, by being receptive and childlike you receive more of the universal undifferentiated Wu Chi, and you may already feel tingling sensations in the upper part of the brain as new neural pathways are being made. After diligent practice, they become more prominent and you may see and experience your ‘Golden Flower’ that opens up new cosmic knowledge bringing happiness and creativity.

Stay focused on Wu Chi, be thankful and sincere, and repeat the process again and again along with your cosmic path. Of course, if you are an Indigo child or otherwise aware of the Generative Force (Kundalini) already functioning, you may just become more aware of the flow and continuous expansion of your consciousness.

Energy in the Service of Good Intention

Remember that energy is one with intention, it moves the way you want it to move when you have a clear inner vision with focused attention. Eventually, this intention command is not needed and the focus shifts to your Chi breathing along with the microcosmic path.

The strong power may feel as if gushing through the cosmic path rather than stopping at any of the centres. As the alignment with Wu Chi and the circulation of light becomes clearer, the breath becomes wider, the Chi flows naturally dissolving all the blocks along its cosmic path bringing smile to every cell. And often, I do not focus on every centre as a moving spiral but trust or feel that this is happening anyway.

Devotional Attitude

When Wu Chi at Baihui is in focus, I hear the name Immanuel (to me meaning the Will of the Creator) and that triggers a sense of devotion, thankfulness and praise, which in turn expands my consciousness more and more. I stay at Baihui in a state of worship, feeling blissful. On an out-breath, I finally bring the blessings along the front channel down to Mother Earth and stay in her love and generosity – for she is one with the Great Cosmic Mother.

Of course, this work is not be done in a day, but if you are committed, your inner guidance is always available. And after each practice, you can consciously collect the evolving ‘pearl’ energy in a special cosmic space where your original generative force resides.

Complete each practice by placing your palms on the lower abdomen and let the pearl energy circulate in the place where your earth life started at the time of conception.

Daily Tao Sounds

Daily Tao Sounds

Daily Tao Sounds for health and healing have been used in China over 1500 years. They have been taught by Kung Fu and Chi Kung masters, and the magical cry ‘Yi’ of an early shaman healer still means doctor in Chinese language.

We all know that singing, humming or making pleasant sounds to a baby soothes and comforts the child as well as the one who makes the sounds. Agreeable, positive sounds release emotional pressure and are Natural Stress Relief for any age. For healing anxiety disorder and as a depression self help, Daily Tao Sounds recycle and transform negative energy into positive Chi, therefore into positive feelings.

Personal Experiences using Daily Tao Sounds

Sounding is an enjoyable practice for me and have been instrumental in strengthening my lungs (which were weak due to childhood illnesses) and overcoming persistent feelings of sadness and hastiness. Also, if I practice daily, the Tao sounds energize me for the day and help me sleep better at night.

I discovered in my Healing Tao workshops that many young people who admit having anger, hold fear or sadness on a deeper level. For them, recognizing these feelings as ‘stuck’, negative energy which transforms into positive Chi through daily Tao sounds practice, is more acceptable than seeing them as psychological problems.

Six Healing Sounds

The Six Healing Sounds you learn on this page are done following the nurturing cycle of Five Phases. Each organ system corresponds to an element, a season, color, taste and a transforming emotion. To learn more about Five Phases, please click on the graphic.

  • Lung/Large Intestine – Metal – Autumn – White – Pungent – Sadness to Joy, Courage – Sound is SSSSSSS.  (tongue behind teeth).

  • Kidney/Urinary Bladder – Water – Winter – Dark Blue – Salty – Fear to Peace, Gentleness – Sound is WOOOOOO. . . (lips as when blowing out a candle).

  • Liver/Gall Bladder – Wood – Green – Sour – Anger to Tolerance, Kindness. The Sound is SHHHHHH. (tongue near palate).

  • Heart/Small Intestine – Fire – Red – Bitter – Hate, Impatience to Love, Compassion. The Sound is HAAAAAA. . . (mouth wide open).

  • Spleen/Pancreas/Stomach – Earth – Harvest time – Yellow – Sweet or Bland – Worry to Fairness, Singing. the Sound is WHOOOOO. . . (from throat, guttural).

Pericardium/Triple Warmer – Fire – All Seasons. The Sound is HEEEEEE. P/TW correspond to the fire element, but the sound is usually done as the sixth since TW’s function is to balance, especially the temperature of the upper, middle and the lower burner of the body.

Preparation for the Practice

  • If you feel stiff or tense shake your body gently as you walk around.

Sit with a straight back in a quiet place. If you can not sit for some reason, find a comfortable position where you have both arms free to move. If you can not move, do the sounds only.

Making Six Healing Sounds with their movements opens the breath and gives you a sense of joyous freedom. To make them into Daily Tao Sounds, try doing them at the same time, at the same place – perhaps in the morning to catch the right tone and inner stillness for the day. Do each sound 6, 9 or 18 times (at least three times if in a hurry!).

Before beginning the sequence for each organ system, rest your open palms on your lap. Think of the special qualities you read above and your intention to transform all polluted energy into positive Chi each time you empty your lungs.

At he end of each sequence, direct your love to these amazing physical instruments that serve you, and thankfully accept the transformation of all negative to positive Chi. Repeat the daily Tao sounds as many times as your time allows.

The Practice

  • Lung/LI: Look up and breathe in as you raise the arms and turn the palms upwards. On SSSSSS. sound let your arms float slowly back to their original position. Breathe normally.

  • Kidney/UB: Breathe in as you bend your back and bring your hands to lock around your knees. Your neck straight to avoid unnecessary tension, push the abdominal muscles against the kidneys with a WOOOOO sound until the air in your lungs is spent. Breathing normally let the arms float back to rest on your lap.

  • Liver/GB: Breathe in as you make a large circle with your arms to lock the thumbs above your head and lean slightly to your left. On SHHHHHHH. sound let the arms float back along the circle back to your lap.

  • Heart/SI: Breathe in as you make a large circle with your arms to lock the thumbs above your head and lean slightly to your right. On HAAAAAA. . sound let the arms float back along the circle back to your lap.

  • Spleen/ST: Breathe in as you make a circle with your arms and bring your fingertips under the left ribcage (stomach area). Breathe out on WHOOOOOO. sound as you press as deep as feels comfortable to you. Breathe normally as you float your arms along the circle back to your lap.

  • PC/TW: Lean back in your chair keeping the neck straight but relaxed. Or lie on your back. Breathe in as you spread the arms and bring your hands above the head. On HEEEEEEE. sound glide your hands just above the body to rest on your lap.(This sound, done with movements at bedtime can help you to have a deep sleep).

Open Your Heart to the Virtues of great Love

Open your heart to the sounds while following the instructions, but do not worry about doing them ‘just right’. Remember that Daily Tao Sounds taught by Chi Kung masters or other Tao of Health practitioners may vary in the sounds’ form and movements, but their ‘Tai Chi Breathing’ is the same.

Emptying the lungs from stale air is always an important aspect of Tao of Health and a sense of balance it brings.

Most people in the world are not breathing right. Please click for Expanded Return to Brilliance Program.
