What Is Stress?

From the dictionary: Stressed out – debilitated because of stress. The Condition or adverse circumstances likely to disturb the normal physiological or psychological functioning of an individual – distress caused by this.

Root: middle English >distress, old French >estress–narrowness, Latin >scrictus-strict.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Perspective on Stress.

Chi or Vital Energy flow is restricted.

Most physical-emotional-spiritual disorders manifest first as chi malfunction. Harmonious flow of energy, necessary for the nourishment and maintenance of tissues, organs and glands, is restricted.

Disorders of vital energy may later progress to affect blood, tissues and organs – through this our emotions and our spirit. This can then lead to physical illnesses such as cancer, which in Chinese Medicine is viewed as a blood stagnation.

Undisturbed chi flows naturally within the body, including the brain, considered to be the office, which directs the essential operations and energies. These, in turn, are governed by the heart.

Depression

Ways to overcome depression, anxiety or/and fatigue

Using our non-invasive Depression Self Help method can turn your negative emotions around and transform them into lasting positive feelings.

Learning to use what these pages offer will help you become what you truly are – an empowered human being who meets life’s challenges with confidence and joyous gratitude.

You can learn to manage your health and happiness

Our simple, caring guidance is here for you!

It is not in the scope of these pages to give you detailed clinical information, but we all know that accumulated stress can result in anxiety, depression and insomnia. And regardless of our attempts to acknowledge it as just a challenge in life, it can easily cloud vision of reality.

By feeling ‘stressed out’ our understanding can become narrowed, oppressed. On those occasions, we are unable to find harmonious solutions to the problems or conflicts disturbing the mind. We may feel frustrated, even gloomy.

We seem to lose the zest for life in direct proportion to the degree that we allow stress to adversely affect our energy systems.

By reading these pages you learn to see it differently, to treat it differently – the Chinese Acupuncture way

The more you learn, the easier it is to understand how our depression self-help method can work for you.

Depression and the Organ Functions of the Body

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) depression is related to the Organ Functions. Of these, the Liver’s job is to spread the Chi or Vital Energy smoothly throughout the body.

If the Chi is rebellious or sluggish the organs are adversely affected. And chi, considered to be the commander of blood can cause blood stagnation. This can lead to all kinds of problems, and of course, then the heart and consequently your spirit is not happy.

When the chi flow is disturbed it can result in, among other disorders negative emotions.

When you understand how this works you can, by using needle-less acupuncture, help the chi flow. You can transform what is negative into natural healthy feelings which are always positive.

The following chart shows how organs affect each other. The round cycle with arrows is the nourishing one, the arrows across show the controlling, sometimes destructive cycle.

For instance, fear, associated with the kidneys which in Chinese Medicine are regarded as the foundation of life, can affect the whole body – first as discomfort and a need to withdraw from others.

Later it can lead to complications in the Liver Chi function, therefore to anger and frustration. It can affect the lung Chi leading to grief and sadness or the Heart Chi leading to anxiety, rage and hate, or the Spleen Chi to worry, over thinking and so on.

By using our depression self-help method these negative emotions clear as well. As you know, energy never disappears, it constantly transforms and in this case to a better, quality Chi that flows in its natural way.

From Anxiety to Trust

When life presents its many challenges, such as can happen in close relationships where our emotions play an important role, it’s not easy to chase away thoughts of misinterpretations and mounting anxieties, which can overwhelm our positive choices.

However, I have learned that there is always a moment to recognize and realign myself with the great Spirit, which helps me choose the reality that is trusting, positive and more objective, instead of the negative one which wants to dominate. The negatives are forces we don’t understand but arise because of some previous experiences, perhaps even from another lifetime.

Reflection and Prayer

Achieved through reflection and prayer, the alignment to the power of God or the Essence of Being becomes real. This alignment to great Love is our job, the same way as healing any physical pain is tracing backwards from the pain through the acupuncture/neural pathways to the limbic system in the deep brain. Here, our past traumas are stored in hypothalamus/pituitary, the command centre of the body. From there the thought attention naturally shifts to the master gland Pineal, recognized as the Seat of the Soul or the Door to Perception by well-known writers such as Aldous Huxley. The Pineal gland is our connection point to the power grid of the Source.

Five Elements Psychology

We can work on emotional issues in order to overcome worry, anxiety or depression the same way as dealing with physical pain. Looking at the Five Elements chart you see that worry and over thinking are emotions associated with the Earth element, therefore Spleen/Pancreas/Stomach. The nourishing energy should flow from Heart/Small Intestine and controlling energy across the cycle from Liver/GB, the Wood. Also, anxiety is associated with the Fire element, the Heart/SI, which can become too hot and anxious. The heart, when anxious and self centred cannot nourish the Spleen/Stomach, the Earth element, which is associated with too much thinking and worry.

Then, see the Wood element Liver/Gall Bladder, living with annoyance, intolerance and anger. If so, how can it nourish the Heart’s hastiness or raging fire, or control the Earth with its concerns and worries.

No harmony can reign in this situation, where a transformation is necessary in each section to attain peacefulness. Liver anger must change into kindness, heart’s hot anxiety to compassion and caring, spleen’s worry to peaceful thinking of the Origin (using the Name meaningful to you), which can make you happily hum, whistle or sing.

Being alert to thoughts is necessary for any kind of work in order to achieve what we want. We are so clever in our thinking, since as humanity we have had the intellect as our master for eons. This has got us into great trouble. Now we have to learn to reign our thoughts by using Light guidance of the all-powerful Spirit. For some of us this takes a bit of practice in meditation or prayer – not the begging kind but thankfully praising great Love. There is a spark for shifting/changing every thought we become aware of. Without that spark there would be no thinking. That spark is the switch for putting on the light of Guidance. Become alert and use that switch with your other strategies.

Use the Acu Stones

Use the no-needle acupuncture kit. Take time to put the stones on the appropriate points. Press each stone against the skin for ten seconds so that it makes a good connection to your acupuncture channel, then just relax, meditate and watch what happens. This was my habit, when I had anxiety rising in the middle of the night going through a crisis. By concentrating on centering during the treatments my trust in the process grew. This is my message for you today about worry and anxiety – they are not real. They are phobic manifestations in our mind. When they first appear, that is the time to switch them off.

Apply other Modalities

In addition you may want to use other relaxing ways, drink more water, eat right, exercise as a meditation – Chi Kung or TaiChi, take Vit.C, take herbal tablets such as Kwei Bi Wan, which pacifies the heart and nourishes the spleen. Have those around in case you need calmness so that these relationships of the organ systems become balanced. This is what our journey is, about the relationships and how the right psychology emerges from understanding the Five-Elements Theory.

Be Well!

I hope that you have a wonderful day. I’m having a great day now. Keep well and be happy. Thank you, Anna

Return to Brilliance New Medicine

Thank you for lending me your ear.

By learning and using wise Strategies for Self-Healing and Prevention you can integrate with the Unstoppable Creative Power of the Original Source.

This Return to our original Brilliance is a program of consciously charting and experiencing our way back from the point of 'clouds of unknowing', which hide within every disharmony, pain, stress, within everything that is bothering you.

Each one of us has a special power point to awaken to the Life Force Energy, the point being somewhat similar to a light switch we use to turn on the lights. By using wise strategies and tools consciously, we can switch on the Light and heal ourselves from dis-harmonies, and we can prevent illnesses. Plus be happy and joyfully use our creativity in many other wonderful ways!

We must learn to experience this Life Force within us. It is easy for us to witness its working in the vibrancy and beauty of undisturbed nature – within and without. The fluidity of the Original Intelligence is all around us, and it is within us to awaken to and experience in most uplifting ways.

As an example of this, I like to share with you the following story;  A dear friend called to tell me that her 96-year-old mother, equally dear to me, had fallen and was now in the hospital. I found her in the emergency room on her back in bed. Her eyes were closed and pain covered her usually happy face.

I stood there for a moment, then laid my hand on her forehead. She opened her eyes, joy spread on her face and we laughed in our usual, childlike way.

Xrays had been taken and fractures were found surrounding the artificial part placed in when the hip was operated on thirteen years ago.

You can imagine the pain!

During my visit the pain was not visible nor did she complain.

I was thinking, why is this so?

We have known each other for over five years but had never discussed why we feel so happy together every time we meet. Never discussed faith or God.

This time, sitting by her bed, I wanted to understand it more.

So I asked her to close her eyes and said, 'Think about your Love of God, only that!' Her eyes remained closed as I watched her.

I saw great peace permeating her face, even felt it spreading on mine.

Among all that noise of the emergency room, we had found silence and peace!

I realized; That's It!

Not really wanting to disturb what was, I finally asked, 'Is there pain now?'

I heard her quiet voice say, 'No pain.'

'So, this is the job for you while being here,' I said, 'To remember the Presence of this great Love. Will you take this job?'

Ruth laughed, 'Yes, I am happy to take this as my job, but you know about my memory being so poor!'

'You just have to make the Remembrance so constant that there is no time for a memory lapse. Or vary it a bit, like remembering how beautiful your African violets are, how thankful you are to your daughter serving your coffee each morning, or just our joy of being together. There are many other happy occasions for you to remember, each one leading back to great Love!'

We looked at each other, laughed again. I kissed her cheek, then left.

On my way home I thought how appropriate the experience was. My heart sang with thankfulness to that great Love which Ruth had made her own and naturally expressed when someone else resonated the same in a focused way.

Our joint experience is a perfect illustration of the Return to Brillianceessence,  New Medicine. Simply sharing our joy, Ruth and I had taken a shortcut to the Essence of what truly matters. 'I want to know the mind of God, the rest is details' – Einstein.

I want to live in great Love, Ruth would say, the same thing!

This is so amazing and such a seemingly simple task for us to do. But is it? Why is it not practised, why is there so much suffering? Why is it only discussed by a few doctors with their patients? Let us try to get answers to this why! Each one of us!

Ruth's follow-up-days amazed everyone. She was able to move around with assistance in two weeks. Her doctors could not explain but cheered her on, the nurses visited her frequently for she spread her happiness to all. Xrays taken five weeks after her fall showed that the fractures had healed, and she was able to go home soon after that.

Much Love to you! Please let me know your questions and comments!

Her Secret Service, Silent Power of Womanhood

A Book of Transformation and Enlightenment

How does ‘Transformation and Enlightenment’ relate to the story of your book?

The exodus in ‘Her Secret Service’ is primarily Moses’ inner journey of transformation and enlightenment. Written as a spiritual novel, the reader journeys along with Moses and his people toward a clear understanding of the Laws of Creation that act through the balanced masculine-feminine power, which Moses discovered through his personal development and the ancient wisdom revealed to him.

What else do you hope readers will gain?

As they inwardly journey through the landscapes and unusual events they can identify with Moses’ and his people’s struggles and triumphs. The text reveals the expansive spiritual dimension of which every reader’s receptivity is capable. He/she will then naturally connect with his/her own intuitive understanding and certitude that is needed for transformation and enlightenment.

What is the most important thing we can say about your book?

Carefully researched yet spirited, it touches those who know that purely intellectual knowledge is limited. The individual realization gained by following Moses’ first set of commandments will help the reader’s own transformation and final enlightenment as well as conscious enjoyment of creative, exuberant life while helping heal and rebuild our now sick planet and its inhabitants.

In what way do you feel you are or your book is newsworthy?

Her Secret Service offers clear wisdom given thousands of years ago by wise people such as Moses and Enoch for our spiritual enlightenment, which is absolutely necessary if humanity is to survive and blossom.

Layout 1

As Moses stood in the radiance of the Feminine Principle on Mount Sinai, he received the First set of Commandments. When he realized that humanity was not yet mature to observe their Law of Love, he broke them. However, their simple, inspiring directives for transformation and enlightenment were quietly passed on from one generation to the next. Now they are revealed within this book, and we better be ready to awaken to their call for life on earth cannot go on indefinitely unless we do so.

Each of us must realize that self-growth never stops. We are not to depend on the watered-down, lukewarm beliefs passed on to us by others, true spiritual knowledge comes by actively searching, experiencing and doing what it takes to reach the freedom of one’s own ‘Promised Land’.

What credentials or expertise do you bring to the ideas expressed in your book? What establishes you as an authority in this area?

My loving Finnish-Lutheran parents passed on to me unswerving faith and curiosity for everything, seen or unseen that nurtures life. Later, inspired by Christian, Jewish, Islamic and Taoist esoteric wisdom as well as transpersonal psychology, I gained further understanding about the unique potential for transformation and enlightenment residing in each human being.

Originally trained as a public health nurse, I came to see early on that physical-mental-spiritual health cannot be separated. Those principles have guided me throughout my career.

Realizing that the ancient Chinese medicine, compared to ours, is more holistic and therefore closer to my thinking, I studied it thoroughly and practiced it for over twenty years.

The primary goal of a Chinese medical doctor is to help the patient to balance the oscillating yin/yang energy (Chi) flow necessary for healthy living. Life, being of masculine/feminine balance, must manifest on all levels of Creation that way – as a God-given gift which, when losing its equilibrium must gain it back in order to continue. My writings, including ‘Her Secret Service, Silent Power of Womanhood’ reflect that viewpoint.

What is the most important thing we can say about you?

Say that even if I seem over the edge to the pious or too earnest to the skeptics of this world, I laugh like a child and love, love, love!

Hearing My Heart Speak

Here, sitting in the sun I hear my heart speaking. It brings me to the question of clarity and how the concept of clarity relates to purity and the importance of those two words in my thought and action. The quest for clarity is a way to the essence of my spirit for pure spirit is clear.

How do we accomplish this in our lifetime, and at this time of human history?

In the Sufi tradition that work was always done by those who chose or were directed to spend time in solitude, in meditation, in the practice of Zikr, the Remembrance of God. And so it has been with all traditions. Cabalah and Christian mystics, Hindus and Buddhists have valued this way of concentration, and similarly those who followed the Tao of Lao Tzu’s directives.

In my lifetime those periods that I have spent with Sufi masters and studies of scriptures from past centuries, or communicated with people who are of similar aspirations and spiritual vibration have been valuable. This has enabled me to better understand the new, awakened consciousness emerging with many different forms of expression, each reflecting the spiritual culture or form it springs from.

The intuitive realizations of many young people now cut through the earlier long term concentrations toward becoming whole, a knowing one. It seems that this is a birthright or a shift in their consciousness happening as a flash, as an Aha! moment of awakening.

Feminine Mystique

The following story is from my book ‘Her Secret Service, Silent power of Womanhood'. And this segment on 'Feminine Mystique' is about Moses’ adoptive mother, Princess Cheheny visiting Temple Island and what she learned from her dancer friend Eresi.

Cheheny had wandered to her favourite part of the island. She let a cool, soft breeze caress her face as she stood on the crest of the bank, listening to the rushing and murmuring of the Nile, watching its fast flow. For a split second, she felt as if she moved instead of the water below. Bemused, she turned away thinking, “This island is a world unto itself!”

She visited the Temple Island more frequently now that Moses was away at the boarding school. She loved to walk in its fragrant gardens and observe the busy activities of the women who lived on the island. And she enjoyed lively discussions with its residents, who shared her interest in the wonderful, hidden things of life.

Shielding her eyes from the brilliant sun, she watched a labourer as he climbed to the roof of the limestone temple. A carrying basket of red tiles to replace the old loose ones sat on his back. Another man on the ground held the ladder to keep it steady. Beside him was a hand wagon containing more tiles.

Toward the south end of the island stood a row of cone-shaped beehives fired from clay. The large garden around the buildings, watered daily by the residents, was bountiful in flowers that nourished the worker bees’ constant need for nectar. Beekeeping had come to provide a major source of income for the temple.

Cheheny watched a beekeeper, her head covered in gray netting, hold a plate of lit candles at the upper opening of a hive while she blew smoke into it. The bees retreated to the back of the hive to escape the suffocating smoke. In the meantime, another woman removed the honeycomb through the lower outlet. The practice was swift and seemed simple.

They piled the combs on a cart and rolled it to a workroom, where they separated the honey from the wax, then mixed it with ground herbs for healing purposes or simply put it in clay jars for use as a sweetener. The wax they made into candles of many shapes and sizes. The honey, healing formulations and candles were sold in nearby markets along with other produce from their farm across on the mainland.

Done watching, for the time being, Cheheny now walked through a sheltered grove surrounded by date palms and pomegranate trees and was glad to sit down on a bench in the shade.

Just then, the principal dancer of the temple approached her with bouncing steps and said smiling, “May I join you?”

“Of course Eresi,” answered Cheheny, moving over to make room beside her. She liked this young woman whose free spirit and inquiring mind brought joy to her surroundings. The two viewed the peaceful landscape and listened to the buzzing of bees around the flowers.

The dancer then picked up a winged sycamore seed from the ground, separated the pod, and stuck it on the ridge of her nose. She looked at Cheheny with a funny expression and they both broke up in laughter.

The Feminine Mystique – 1

That started Eresi telling Cheheny about her carefree childhood as the middle daughter of a well-to-do silk merchant and his wife. Eresi had three sisters and three brothers in all. The family lived down the river close to the seaport, where the foreign ships docked and brought their goods for exchange with the Egyptians. Eresi’s home was surrounded by a large walled garden; here the youngsters were free to romp and play tricks on each other.

“What brought you to become an initiate in this temple?” Cheheny asked.

“I was always inquisitive about life. Where does it come from and what is its meaning? What allows a bee to find the subtlest essence of a flower, or a plant to flourish with nourishment from the soil, the water, and the sun?

What is behind it all? Undisturbed nature is perfect, and I will never cease to wonder what makes it so! To this day, I ponder these kinds of questions and everyone who lives here understands my passion.”

Smiling, she looked around her and said, “There is constant motion all around us, often so subtle that you can hardly see it. But sometimes, when the wind rises, that motion can be robust, even violent.

As a child, I imitated the movements of flowers, trees, bees, and birds. That was my beginning as a dancer; it became a way of worship for me, and here I may practice it every day.” She moved her arms in a slow spiral.

She continued, “We were encouraged to commune with nature. Mother believed that through a close relationship with it and its unseen workers, we can learn to weave our own, beautiful tapestry of life.

‘There will be no end to the marvel of it!’ she used to say. And she meant not only the wonder of what our physical eyes can see but also the life-giving power of thoughts that are in harmony with nature, thoughts such as thankfulness and love .”

“Is your mother still alive?” Cheheny asked.

“As a strong inspiration to me, yes! But she left this earth long ago. There was a certain feminine mystique about her, and a mystery about her arrival as well as her sudden death.

She was only fifteen when our father met her on his travels east of the river Euphrates. Later, she spun their meeting and subsequent betrothal into one of the greatest of love stories. The tale seemed different every time she told it, but was always embellished with the magic of her native mountains and the wisdom of its happy people.”

Chuckling, Eresi moved closer to Cheheny and turned her face to her with an expression of absolute delight. “Mother,” she practically sang the word, “had such a sense of adventure and love of the extraordinary that she could not be surprised at anything.

“I’ll give you an example. Let’s say that she saw us seven siblings, floating on newly found individual clouds in the garden. I am sure her way of responding would be to laugh and say, ‘Oh, that looks like fun, but be careful children, do not bump into each other!’ Whatever was imaginable to her, she also saw as possible. That gives you an idea of what kind of a person she was.”

Eresi thought quietly for a moment, then continued, “On a more serious note, she spoke often about her three rules for living: ‘Remember the Origin of everything, Live in Thankfulness and Nurture Life!

Follow these principles you cannot go wrong!’

The Feminine Mystique – 2

“She practiced these simple rules in her life, and she treated everyone the same way. We had many servants and they knew that the family respected them as individuals and appreciated the quality of their work. Therefore they performed gladly and sincerely returned the respect.”

Eresi’s mother had attended a special wisdom school in her early youth and perhaps it was because of it that she carried this feminine mystique about her! She was also able to express her spiritual knowledge in a clear manner. One morning she had spoken to the girls about womanhood.

The dancer remembered that occasion vividly. “We sat in the garden while a gentle breeze rustled the leaves of the eucalyptus tree above us. Butterflies darted from one flower to another and the sky was a perfect blue.

“There our mother began to teach us.” The young woman turned to Cheheny with sparkling eyes, “Would you like me to share with you what I learned?”

“Oh please do, I love to listen!”

With a thoughtful smile, Eresi said, “Mother spoke about the heavens, especially about the highest Feminine, the supreme model for us women.

“She said, ‘While our Creator remains eternally secret, out of His Brilliance issues forth the Radiation of Love, the Queen of Womanhood. She brings forms into being by her mere existence, and as the first embodiment from the Source, She radiates the Will of perfect Love into all the worlds.

‘From Her issues forth constantly moving and fashioning Power of Law of Love, always in perfect feminine/masculine balance, and with endless potential. To this Power, we owe our very existence and it affects us at every moment.

‘We can experience this reality through intuition, which opens up our understanding for the Light connections and for vibrant creativity otherwise dormant within us.

‘Become truly feminine, perceptive and humble, and you will receive perfect guidance and gifts beyond measure. Everything is contained in this attitude of feminine receptivity!’ Our mother urged us.”

“That sounds wonderfully simple,” exclaimed Cheheny. “But even if we understand it, to follow the guidance is a real challenge while living in the tumult of the world.”

“That is true,” agreed Eresi. “For me, being a resident of this ancient temple is good from that standpoint, but even here we create our own challenges.”

“Unfortunately it is so wherever we are,” said Cheheny. “We forget, because of the pressures from within and without, that our experiences are profitable only if we follow the inner guidance.”

“Yes, our bodies with their sensations, feelings and intellect are useful tools only when they do not usurp the mastership of the spirit. But thank goodness we have intuition and receptivity as gateways to understanding the language of the spirit.

“This language expresses itself in living, albeit flashing, pictures or sounds instead of earthly speech or thought. Also, a yearning for guidance helps open up the inner ear or eye to receive the clarity, support and strength of the Law of Love.”

The Feminine Mystique – 3

Both women remained silent until Eresi exclaimed, “Stay alert! Mother said. Spiritual pride and vanity are hostile to Light, and may result in personal imaginings and false visions! But by staying vigilant we are perfectly guided toward becoming fully conscious beings.

“Furthermore, gratitude roots the Power in the soul and sends strong currents of our commitment back to the Source. And the more we praise the Giver of All Gifts, the more we receive. Jubilant worship and joyous activity truly are the perfect prayers!”

“Your mother was truly a woman of Wisdom!”

“We were at her feet many times and my memory is a storehouse of knowledge she gave to us over the years. But I always felt that her whole being was the knowing.

“She made me realize that we women, as carriers of feminine Grace and Power, have a special role to play in the evolution of humankind.

We are the mediators for the Light because of the receptive nature of our spirits.

“We can ennoble our surroundings and transmit the Light radiations by simply being aware of It. This is how the Queen of Creation, or the Eternal Mother as She is also called, is our ultimate model.

“Our mother would smile knowingly and somewhat mischievously when she said, ‘I know from my own life experiences that the woman provides the anchorage of Light for her man; she is the support he needs to fully manifest his active and affirmative nature. Her mere existence, if she is committed to Light, brings fulfillment and success.’

“We can achieve the fullness of our feminine gifts,” Eresi continued, “by always remembering and honouring our Origin, and by thinking, feeling, and acting with the awareness it brings. Then we will have all the help we need, and our thoughts and actions are imbued with Grace.

“A woman who lives this way is beautiful no matter her physical age or form because she is a pure expression of her inspiring, original spirit.”

They sat in silence. Eresi closed her eyes as tears rolled down her cheeks. Cheheny, also moved by their shared experience, placed her hand on the young woman’s.

Finally, Eresi whispered, “The last time my sisters and I sat with our mother I was closest to her. After she finished speaking, she stroked my hair. Something very difficult to put into words opened up for me. I had listened to her stories and teachings for many years and thought that I understood their significance.

“But not until she touched my head with her hand did I fully, deep within, experience her words and the love they carried. At that moment she gifted me with simplicity, joy and certitude. They now are the foundation of my life.

“I am truly thankful for everything I received, and my sincere wish is to pass it on to you my friend.”

A Whats App Chat through 13 000 km;

Anna, Good morning Fahad

Fahad, Good morning Anna. How are you?

A, By being less I am more it seems. Being pliable, it's possible to expand for the Presence.

F, Great

A, I saw in a vision that the great Love power works in a centrifugal way. It gathers the prevalent knowledge related to the topic and sweeps in a circular fashion across the universe. As it lowers, it forms a spindle, becomes a beam of knowledge Light as if a laser.

F, Indeed

A, At the certain point it kind of hangs in there waiting to connect with an effort made by a human yearning for learning. This human yearning is prompted by love to know, itself from the essence of great Love, drives the commitment and thought with the similar form of a spindle, pointing upwards toward the Light spindle. This reflects what the person is in his/her essence once all the energy and neural channels have been cleared of the material residue.

As above so below. When all is done for the conscious contact, living in a unified state is possible through remembrance. To be conscious on all levels is a balanced and enlightened way to live on this earth.

Our Lord is the greatest! He is. Thank You for giving us the meaning of Heal Thy Self fully!

F, Yes

A, The human body uses AC current through the acupuncture channels, and the Yin/Yanģ Force oscillates by its very nature. Within yang exists also yin and within yin always yang. See the symbol! When the clearing of the channels is done the current can be consciously changed to reflect the above centrifugal with the same kind of a laser beam of praise and gratitude toward the Love Light.

Thank You Lord, thousand thanks! This is awesome.

F, Yeah. Love your words.

A, All those hanging spindled lights of great Love are waiting for the recognition by us human beings. Each one of us, after completing our individual work of clearing can become one with the abundant great Love offerings.

Return to Brilliance. Do it for your Happy Soul in your Healthy Body! Imagine what scientists can achieve with their individual knowledge, acknowledgement and remembrance of God power.

F, Yeah.

A, They can achieve far more than when new discoveries topple the old ones again and again - as it is now.

Great Love is the pull. It is the magnet for the human spirit.

CHI Guide

An Introduction to the Chi Guide

This section of the Chi Guide is more understandable if you are familiar with the basics of Chinese Medicine or have reviewed Ancient Chinese Medicine, Balancing Yin and Yang, Human Blood and other Chi Energy transformation pages found on HappySoulHealthyBody.com.

Learning to understand and consciously guide Chi is a lifelong process. In my experience, it began when I was young and wanted to understand life’s mysteries that lay beyond my five senses.

For me, of the many books directly dealing with these mysteries of expanded consciousness, the most important ones are ‘Tao Te Ching’, ‘The Secret of the Golden Flower’, ‘Cosmic Consciousness’ and ‘In the Light of Truth’.

And of course ‘Huang Di Neijing’, a Chi guide that gives practical steps on how to purify and heal the body so that a unified and glorious state of awareness becomes an ongoing life experience.

These pages are my sincere attempt to share with you as simply as possible my understanding of this subtle process which carries unimaginable benefits for each of us.

Chi Guide for Unifying Shen and Jing in Sacred Marriage

If you have read the Chi Systems section, you know that the kidney domain which houses Jing, includes the sexual center, the bone marrow, spinal cord and the brain. The brain or ‘the sea of marrow’ can be nourished and re-built in order to expand consciousness. (even here in the West much research is being done on ‘brain plasticity’).

Huang Di Neijing says, “The Essence (Jing) of kidney produces marrow that forms the brain.”

So the nutritive and supportive Jing is that Generative Force (Kundalini) that can be cultivated by conscious intention with other Chi qualities, especially the Ancestral or Spiritual Chi – Shen, which connects us to our spirit and therefore to our free will.

For this focus and contemplation are needed, and utilizing Acupuncture and Natural Remedies, as well as Healing Tao practices, can be of great help.

The Ultimate Chi Guide

When our free will is aligned with the great Will of Wu Chi – when we claim It as the ultimate Chi Guide, we can begin to clear the organs, tissues and glands along with their channels.

By consciously practicing the virtues this commitment implies, we’ll then begin to experience the abundance of the creative Power of our Generative Force.

However, it is easy to ignore the subtle promptings of the ultimate Chi Guide. And if, through our thinking, feeling and action we fail to work on clearing the organs and Chi channels for that alignment, we automatically become subordinates to wrongly and excessively used sexual and other forces with their limitations.

We then have only a static connection to the endless supply of Light Chi. This leads to weakening of the body, unhappiness, deterioration of all faculties and final death with the life spent devoid of its true purpose.

Huang Di Neijing says, “Overindulgence in five emotions of happiness, anger, sadness, worry, fear and fright can create imbalances. These emotions can injure Chi, while seasonal elements can affect the body.

Sudden anger damages the Yin Chi, to become easily excited and overjoyed will damage the yang Chi. This causes the Chi to rebel and rise up to the head squeezing the Shen out of the heart and allowing it to float away.

Failing to regulate one’s emotions can be likened to summer and winter aiming to regulate each other, threatening life itself.”

Once again – since Jing Chi operates as the substratum of life, it follows that it is, in addition to its kidney ‘home’, within every cell of the human body.

The question is, what else does each cell carry as a result of the person’s thinking and actions, including eating and drinking?

These limiting elements may take ‘the upper hand’ therefore can, temporarily or even for a lifetime, repress the more refined principal Jing Chi. This makes the following the ultimate Chi Guide even more difficult.

The Role of Shen Chi

Shen or Ancestral-Spiritual Chi is associated with breathing, the heart and the circulation of blood. The Heart controls blood, blood vessels and houses the mind including feelings. Spirit, consciousness, memory, thinking and sleep are all dominated by the heart function or Shen.

Shen, when not over-run by base desires, passions and other negative emotions, is the pristine spirit that is one with the Law of Love – Wu Chi.

Shen is Yang in relation to the receptive Jing Chi

Shen is cultivated through prayer, contemplation of the virtues such as gratitude, love, compassion, generosity and other divine qualities.

Also, yearning to understand the riddle of existence opens the heart to intuitive knowledge.

The boundaries of the ego begin to soften and Shen awakens the need to cleanse the energies, to transforms negative emotions lodged in the organs, tissues and glands into positive Chi in order to vitalize the body and expand consciousness.

As the driving force behind the personality, ‘Shen is the awareness that shines out of the eyes when we are truly awake’.

Practicing Chinese Meditations, applying non-invasive Nano Acupuncture and Chinese Healing Herbs clarifies and strengthens all Chis of the body. They help in keeping the connection to the ultimate Chi Guide constant.

The Sacred Marriage

Not done in a day, but eventually, Shen (spirit-fire-yang) transforms into a ‘Heavenly Heart’ and unites with Jing (seed-water-yin) in a sacred inner marriage with a beyond description orgasmic bliss described in many ancient texts.

The Generative Force or Kundalini

With the experience of the sacred marriage, the biological mechanism of the Generative Force is ignited and it’s life giving nectar, ‘The fiery Dragon’ – rushes up to the brain. The gates of Wu Chi’s reservoir of a new, brilliant reality of Life open wide. Return to Brilliance!

Consciousness, from the isolated sense of ego toward expanded, all-embracive awareness, has taken a major leap. . . AHA!

This leads to an inspired sense of freedom, creativity, qualities of genius and can lead to cosmic consciousness. This then is the complete healing of the human body, mind and spirit.

For this reason, the Chinese medical tradition speaks of Jing, Chi and Shen as the Three Treasures.

MicroCosmic Spaces

The microcosmic spaces for transforming and channelling Chi Energy are in and around the following acupuncture body points.

According to ancient acupuncture, its function is to clear the senses, calm the spirit, balance the ascending Yang, promote resuscitation. The point is used to alleviate mental disorders, headaches, blurring of vision, nasal obstruction.

As a cosmic space for spiritual energies, Baihui connects to the pineal gland and governs the upper brain in building new nerve connections for expanded consciousness. The colour is a combination of all colours and is inwardly seen as the expansion white-golden flower (resembling a lotus or a mum, sometimes with a violet hue).

When Hundred Meetings point is closed the person may experience pride, delusions, headaches, erratic mood swings and feelings of being a victim or a slave.
